I came across a site rebateprocessorjobs.com. Are they real or scam?

Virtual-Training-Solutions.com was mentioned as their affiliate. When I got to Virtual Training Solutions site, I found Rebate processing from home listed some other programs.. Have anybody heard or work for these two companies? Rebate PRocessors promised $15 per rebate processed.
Please I need some guidance on this it’s very important to me.
